Entertainment other then music

Always a good laugh in the circus field, lots of wandering performers.

Cabaret tent for a bit of, er, cabaret - i've seen some hilarious things in there, some of them not actually intended to be hilarious.

Green fields, all sorts going on up there, craft field etc.

I wouldn't map out the schedule in too much (if any) detail though. Just pick 4 or 5 things that are 'must see' and let the rest happen.

I once saw a comedian in there late night in 1998. He absolutely died on stage but gave as good as he got from the crowd.

When he'd finally been jeered offstage the compere came out and someone in the restless audience shouted 'get your cock out', which he did, and proceeded to introduce the next act with it dangling about.

I'd plan very little, apart from meet up times with mates.

My best Glasto moments often come from stumbling across unexpected little delights while bimbling around. So allow lots of time for bimbling.

Food. Not entertainment as such but it really is worth sampling some of the amazing food on offer. You'll find food threads on here.

One recommendation is Feeding The Fish - Circus Big Top towards the end for three nights. Breathtaking light and gymnastic show.
