For the person who wants to know about tickets and using other peoples names.

We got told by their facebook page that we had to get a letter from the person who is named on the tickets, and a copy of their Passport and on the letter to designate the names of the people who will be using the tickets (and include their passport numbers). They have ok'd that.

They say that every year, Ive been twice and never see anyone ask for anything apart from their ticket.

Fuck me man, I bet the week in Spain doesn't drag this slow, absolutely devastated i've gotta work Monday and Tuesday as well... Won't get to our campsite until about half 10 Wednesday night, then i've gotta fuck around pitching a tent after an all day sesh in Barcelona (no doubt with zero help from the missus) so I'm guessing we probably won't bother going out after that and just get an earlyish night... what's the crack with the Monday after the fest, when I went in 2009 there was a bit of a beach party, does that still happen?

With lockers, do they have any problem with people sharing? There's 7 of us going and we're thinking of getting the Maxi locker (unlimited space) for €40 then splitting the cost. Will have passports and some luggage in there. Never been a problem at other festivals I've been to, but seems like too easy a way to save money as it's unlimited.

Booking lockers was a bit confusing - do I print out the page or do i just use the "pager" code (as they put it) when I get there?

I've just done exactly the same. I've printed out that BBVA TPV Virtual page, and also written that Pager number down on the sheet. Hopefully there's no funny business upon getting it!!!!!

Sharing between 3 of us, hopefully the terms & conditions don't stop this haha.

Myself and 4 or 5 friends left it too late to book our train tickets and can't get the tickets shipped over in time. The rest of our friends are getting the train from Barca to Beni on Monday morning at 12. There's a train at 3 and at 5 later that day as well but we'd have to buy our tickets on the day. I'm not sure is it too risky to leave it until Monday or would we be better off getting a bus ticket?

Ticket for Sale, sorry to insist but time is getting closer.

full, 4 days, camping, 89 euro, the same price that cost me.

I can provide id, as well as whatever other id prove. It is a Eticket so we only have to change the name of the beneficiary.

Thanks

It was me who tweeted them/Facebook messaged them.

I was told I had to get a photocopy of the buyers passport along with an authorisation letter to say the ticket was purchased on my behalf etc. Panic over now all sorted.

1 more shift at work, celebrate my birthday and then we're flying out. Cannot wait to see James on the Thursday, just praying they do a better set than they did at V Festival last year. =D

There are not taxi companies in spain. Taxis are public, no companies, if you are looking for a taxi at benicassim during the festival that almost impossible.

I got told that last year. Waited no longer than 2 mins for a taxi everytime I came out of the festival. There were loads just constantly pulling up.

I,m spanish, i went to FIB at less 14times. Perhaps last year everything changed but until a few years this was possible.

Note that benicassim as around 20 taxis and in the festival there are around 60.000 people.

Hi, has anyone ever gone vip before? Wondering if its worth the extra cash to upgrade.

not really, drinks are just little less expensive, perhaps you will like if you want to take the fib easy, but if you want to enjoy, just a general pass is ok.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
