I'm a bit peeved at Courteeners and The 1975 both clashing with acts I want to see. There's so much quality on the Friday you wonder why they didn't move it all around a bit. Maybe 1975 on Thursday and Courteeners on Sunday?

The Courteeners are on Sunday..

Saturday Maravillas is pretty dire up until The Libertines!

Poor old Example is going to have a pretty lonely set though. I can't see too many Spanish being overly keen to see Example and I can't see too many Brits not going to watch the Libs.

James have been shafted, why not give them a headline set on the 2nd stage rather than a patronising hour opening the main stage. The Klaxons on after? really???

James 8pm

Klaxons 9:45pm

Ellie Goulding 11:30

Tinnie Tempah 1:15

Chase and Status 3pm

I didn't think they could fuck this festival up anymore than they have already but clearly was wrong. James could quite easily headline the Thursday, putting them on at 8 oclock is just stupid. And don't get me started on the Nutini vs Courteneers clash - dickheads. Edited by radder5

Wouldnt bring vans there, would think they'd fall about in a few days. Brought some old nikes last year and they were perfect. The dust just hardens up the shoes and makes the laces rock solid. Converses would be pretty good i guess, apart from the swetty ankles if you've got those ones

i ruined a pair of shelltoes 5 year ago they stained an orange colour !!! They been every year since and again this year

As for the Thursday: James, Klaxons then probably hit the bars in town. Can't stand Goulding or Tempah.

Is it easy enough to move from and to a different stage?

If you have brought your shuttle passes and you are staying at the Concha beach área (hotel Neptuno, hotel Jardín, or any apartments around in this área, you can pick up your shuttle passes from the hotel Neptuno or Hotel jardín, but before you have to email your request with your purchaase order number at if you are staying in this área but do not have purchased as yet your bus shuttle passes, you can buy them also at this two hotels at the la concha beach resort. The main office is situated at the marina dor holiday resort, at the las terrazas building, behind the jardín encantado/parque acuatico

Just looking at the lineup on clashfinder, i have a few issues with the lineup..!!

1) has anyone taken the time to check this against the FIB site's times, i take it that this is spot on..?

I have you tubed more or less every single band to see what they are like music wise, so i have a better idea of where i want to be for the weekend at what stages etc...!!

2) there are a few clashes that are really bad for me lol, as there are not too many people on the lineup worth seeing but the ones i want to see seem to clash.
- Alesso and Sub focus
- Nina Nesbitt/Hozier/Travis
- The 1975 & Kasabian
- Lily Alen & Tachenko
- Paolo Nutini (not heard much of him, but hearing good things about him live???) & Courteeners

3) are there still bands to be announced, looking at the Clashfinder site there are hour to an hour and fifteen minute gaps between some bands..?

Looks like my plan for the weekend is -

Thursday = Maravillas all night.
Friday - The lineup for me is extremely poor apart from (Razorlight who i have seen before so not too woried about seeing) then at 1am I have to decide on a clash of bands (the 1975 or Kasabian).
Sat - a mix of Maravillas and Trident all night.
Sun - I will starting at FIB Club then Tridant then jumping from Maravillas then need to clone myself as i will want to see all of the bands on bothe rht Maravillas and Trident stages, so make trips back and forth a few times the sunday night...???

How far are the two stages, how long does it take to get from Maravillas to Trident..?

Cheers all, lets make it a great weekend though !!
