40 pints of beer brewing in the bathroom atm, unsure of how much I'm gonna take. Smelling good, I'd recommend brewing your own beer for next year, I did the same in 2011. £20 for the 40 Pint kit (Wilko), which'll be fine for any future brews, plus £13 for the ingredients. £0.32 a pint for good beer, you can't beat it. (And it's very easy)

I'll also bring along a litre of vodka.

B&M have Brothers festival in 330ml cans. £4.49 for a slab of 12. Now that's a bargain!!

Just bought the last 3 slabs in our one here. Not sure they will make it mind, also some red bull sized cans of st hellier fruity. Some sour shots too.

Tempting, but NOTHING tastes worse when warm.

The terrible site of my friend Steve struggling his way through the 36 cans he took in 2011 will always live with me.

You never heard of an igloo cool box my friend? Cold until Sunday night, and that's with swapping warner Tins too. Well worth £50

That's me sorted I think.

I bought 4 cans of JB to try, although its nice enough, I feel at 4.6% there is too much filler to alcohol for me. Too much pissing. Enjoy though.

Nice bikes by the way.

Nice, seen a nice Trek Stache 8 yesterday in a goldy type colour. do they come with fox evolution forks as standard?

With regards to the % of the Jim Beam, I totally get what your saying but once I had a sip I knew I had to buy some to take with me because they are delicious.

I'm not so worried by the percentage, more how much alcohol they have in - if they're a full shot, then I'm in.

I've decided on what I'm bringing with me, after a lot of indecisiveness! Two 4-packs of 500ml Scrumpy Jack, and a 1 litre bottle of Russian Standard vodka. Anything else, I'll buy on site. The cans will take up a lot of room in the bag, but the journey won't be too bad - the only walking I'll be doing really will be from the gate to the tent pitch.

Haha 2011, the year of the Brothers Cider cans offer in Tesco. I remember it well, i brought stacks of it on offer in my final weeks of uni, practically everytime we went for 4 weeks. I was picking up 3 packs. Took me months to get through I brought so much!

Does anyone know if this is cans or bottles? It looks like bottles to me, it doesn't say anywhere though.

I saw the same cider on another site for much cheaper but I can't find it anywhere!

judging by the size of the box they come in (quite tall) i'd say definitely bottles
