Totally love them. Saw them in Avalon and on Pyramid (in pouring rain) in 2007. They did 3 shows that year, we missed their Saturday night Acoustic Tent headline set to see The Killers. The Avalon set was so good, it was my wifes first Glastonbury headline set.

Saw them at Wychwood a couple of years ago. Not quite as good as Glasto, but posibly because close up Mike Scott scared the kids!!

I was going to go to the Fishermans Blues revisited date at Barbican but too much £££, so Glasto would be great.

Watch them clash with AF or The National....please no!!

I am glad I missed it in that case. Killers were ok, year of poor sound in parts of Pyramid field, including where we were, but my wifes first Pyramid headliner so a good evening.

They may have been late because they were being bussed in each day and staying at a hotel offsite. There is a 10 minute video of interview with Mike Scott about that somewhere.

Hope they are there this year :)

I'm not certain but think that might have been the year they were booed by the crowd in the tent because they were very late in starting to perform. I was going to watch them but something I'd imbibed had disagreed with me and I went to my tent instead. My mate stayed and told me about the booing. At least I think it was that year. It would be nice if someone could confirm this.

Yep that was what happened. They were late, they came on played a bit, stopped complained about something, fiddled around for a while. Started again, stopped it went on and on. The crowd did boo but it was understandable as they appeared to be taking the piss at that stage. Mike Scott got irate and started giving out to the crowd, eventually they all left the stage without playing an encore.

Worst performance I ever saw at Glastonbury and I wouldn't bother with them again.

Headlining Chagstock, our favourite little festival up on Dartmoor. We will be stewarding again, but they let you choose one act you really want to see all weekend so no work clash.

Can't believe it, I suggested it to them but never thought it would happen (and I don't think my suggestion is why it has). So excited, I cannot think of a better setting to hear these guys whatever weather Dartmoor throws at us in July, basking in a balmy evening after a sunny day or braving wind and sideways rain!

Come on down to Dartmoor and hear the Big Music :)

I suppose it may have been 2002. Unfortunately a lot of my memory is fucked. I do remember my mate saying they were booing quite vocally though and not just hand clapping. Either way it would appear that they are quite relaxed about letting the punters wait.
