Bought the payment plan tickets, and Emperors a few weeks ago and am beyond excited! 287 days, fact fans!

However, I swear to God I will ceremoniously burn my tickets with only my own rage if Beady Eye, The Courteeners or The f*cking Twang get anything like a headline slot

I bought my weekend tickets on Saturday (had only booked Emp's before) and the ticket numbers were 5000 and sommat which suggests a third of the tickets have sold already (assuming they start ticket sales for the punters at 00001 and they're not reserved for bands etc)

Not bad for a pre-sale with no announcements 2 months before Xmas.

Yeah she`s a fiery one all right. I remember her tales from last year when some young man in a see you Jimmy hat was trying to bust his moves on her to that tune from pulb fiction. He claimed to be from the Lake District`s finest wood shed company......................hang on a minute.

Having a look at tickets this morning to see when the early bird runs out. Looks like £115 pp but when you take it through ticketmaster your up to £245 ( for 2 ) BEFORE another fiver for the secure post.

Now its a while since I`ve been at school but 2 x 115 = £230.

I realise that the cost will have nothing to do with KC but wondered if anyone has bought them another way to save me lining the pockets of Ticketmaster- Robbin bassas !

Can you buy them locally or even through efest ?

Will double check and edit if I`m wrong but bought tickets for Kelburn Garden Party last month and I`m sure they charge a quid and you just take your paypal receipt number. Cuts down on admin and wasted paperwork and saves money. Not that I`m tight of course :ninja:

I am all booked up, trying the Emporers Filed the year for a first. 2 adults and 2 kids.Looking forward to the line-up announcement tomorrow.

Hopefully they manage more excellent upcoming acts. Saw The Young fathers last week in Prague and what a show they put on, would be ideal for KC.

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
    • Easily my favourite set of the day.
