Passenger isn't headlining IOW, don't worry.

Damn he was my best bet ;)

I have just read through all the R&L messages from when you mention it and some people made guesses I would have though of. If someone guesses the right names, would you say yes to them?

And can you please tell me if 30 Seconds to Mars are one of them...please say no but my gf wants to see them

I could see 30STM being at IOW actually; I don't have any evidence to say so but it's a prediction based on the other info I have.

Would 30STM sub one of the people you already have info on, or maybe headline if someone dropped out

Of course they would, especially as there egos couldnt cope with no headline spot for a year.

Okay, im maybe confused just Matt said they would do European fests and not do UK ones

If they do euro ones then they will do a uk one, perhaps take 2 years of and then comebackvand headline glastonbury.

Sayong that oasis could be back then so there would be no use for kasabian.

Ahh right, makes sense. I think Glasto would turn to Kasabian if one of their original headliners fell through as they know that Kasabian want to do it so much

    • Plenty of good stuff this month. Very difficult choice, but I'm going with some of those I've listened to most (the sunny weather may also have been influential)...   1. The Coral - 388 2. Kurt Vile - Philadelphia's Been Good to Me 3. The Lemon Twigs - Look For Your Mind!   Others I've been enjoying... Laurie Anderson's live album, Broken Social Scene, Pigeon, The Black Keys, etc
    • Yesterday was was Primavera is all about and a reminder of why I come back every year. I saw 9 acts, very diverse in terms of genre and vibe, and most of them were great.  Highlights:   The Cure - have wanted to see them for years. Finally caught them and it was immaculate. Robert Smith's vocals at his age are incredible. The band sounded exactly like the albums which is impressive. 2.5 hours with basically no filler somehow.  Viagra Boys - what a front man! So much energy. Non stop moshing. Sound was great, vibe was top notch. Again 10/10 for me.  Rilo Kiley - basically what pipan said. Not a huge crowd but nice vibe, good sound. Different from the other acts I saw.   I also enjoyed the late night electronic stuff with Aurora Halal and KI/KI being fun. Caught some of Skrillex before Aurora Halal and it was cool in it's own way but not really my thing so we left.
