Anyway, does the programme arrive with the tickets or is this something we collect on site?

You get a full programme, and a bag, and some other goodies when entering the turnstiles.

They used to give it to you, along with a guide to wear round your neck, as you get through the gate. Though this may have changed since I last went in 2009.

Ah cool ok. It was more the band timings i was interested in so I can plan who i want to see etc etc

you get both a big programme and a little quick quide thing on a lanyard to put around your neck with band timings in.

Stage times are usually announced beforehand too so you may know a week or so in advance

The little guide in the plastic wallet to hang round your neck is really useful. Put it in upside down so when you tilt it up it's the right way to read (if you follow that). Also handy for carrying around a few special ciggies between the pages.
