From alot of neils posts, it has come to light that he thinks they may not be playing...

I for one, am very surprised about this, I would of sworn that Eavis would want to snap them up.

If neil is right, do you believe they are not playing because...

a) Eavis doesn't really like them

b )They aren't big enough (over-hyped) - my opinion.

c) They have been booked for too many other festivals - my second opinion.

d) They are busy

e) They've been booked as an exclusive for t in the park.

f) They don't want to play.

Please give an opinion, although i'm pretty sure majority of the responses will be "They aren't playing because their shit"

I'm just personally surprised that they weren't on the hot list to be booked, seeing how the release of Babel shot them worldwide.

b )They aren't big enough (over-hyped) - my opinion. I think he may well want to wait to book them. Most likely

c) They have been booked for too many other festivals - my second opinion. They're only at T In The Park... unless they headline R+L this argument is irrelevant

d) They are busy What's more important than Glastonbury?

e) They've been booked as an exclusive for t in the park. Quite likely, what's T's track record with exclusives?

f) They don't want to play. The only reason I can see this is them only accepting headline, because they won't get a headline if they've already subbed very recently

Saw in JPT a few years back and it was a good laugh. They are good at what they do but unfortunately for them they have sold a shitload of albums, therefore everyone hates em. Doesn't really add up to me. They aren't headliners but after a load of cider I reckon they would be alright.

I'm only joking I don't like them for reasons that everyone else has said but if other people like them it's fine but what i don't like is when everyone makes them out to be the next best thing.
