New European summer festival dates announced : 8/9/12 - Budapest, Hungary @ Sziget Festival & 8/17/12 - Vienna, Austria @ Frequency Festival

Ive been saying for months they'll play Reading this year. [not a fact, just opinion]

Almost certainly I'd say, was expecting them top 3 main/top two second for Soni but I think that's out of the question now, Would expect to be Second from top NME or 3/4 Main stage? I'd be shocked if they werent announced for R/L On the 12th.

yeah,tickets for their tour are quite expensive for acadamy venues.just stumped up £33 including fees for their bristol show.when i got nofx and rise against tickets in the same venue it was only £18.50 a ticket

I've always been baffled that they've never played, considering they were fucking huge for ages. Although I've kind of grown out of them now, they were (and assume still her) a fucking brilliant live band. and their debut is one of the best metal debuts of all time. I'd really relish the chance to see them again actually. Loved that band to death ha. I have no idea what mainstage placing they'd get... anything ranging 3rd and 5th I guess. 3rd for a weak yet semi-icon 3rd, 4th seems right, 5th the deftones slot.. but Korn were bigger than Deftones so?

I can see them Headlining NME, with Skrillex under them.

It'd be a cool booking I think. Yes they are a bit outdated now, but it's an original booking...

Korn, if they play R&L, would I presume play Deftones/The offspring type slot. & hopefully leave Skrillex behind, they wouldn't need him there.

Sounds like a sure thing to me. Was expecting them for Sonisphere myself, but obviously that didn't happen and there's no space for them there now. Fourth on main?

Korn would be awesome, I've been hoping for them to play Leeds for years, it certainly looks promising - anyone know when Rock en Seine (which is the same weekend as R & L) is announced?

Yeah normally the first announcment is just before R&L's (I remember we used to to predict what days MCR would be playing R&L last year) but if it isn't in the next few days then I don't know if the earlier R&L announcement will mean it's before Rock En Seine.

hope they are just mid main stage. I like their old stuff but not the new dubstep direction much rather someone like at the drive in headline nme during kasabian.

i think they would be 3rd or 4th main, mainly as i dont want them on NME against Kasibian, that would be a terrible clash for me!

after the Sonisphere announcement I can see Korn playing and I reckon they will be 4th down on the main stage.
