One of the biggest games for a few years in the Champions League tonight.

Ill go for Barca. Just. Think Milan could cause them all sorts of problems though. Nesta, Ibra and Robinho need to be playing their very very best for Milan to have a chance.

not sure if I'll watch it, but I watched last week's and I watched both of Arsenal's games against Milan.

I can't see tonight as anything but a comfortable win for Barca on the basis of those three matches (tho of course on the day anything can happen). Milan are not good enough to hold off Barca twice unless they get lucky and only half of the Barca team turn up.

I'm not saying it'll be a big scoreline, but Barca should win quite comfortably.

They've already held them off twice this season and only just lost in the final match of the group stages, when both had already qualified.

yeah, I know. And I thought they were very good last week, tho clearly weaker than Barca. Playing a team with Barca's style seemed to suit them much better than against trying-to-be-barca-but-falling-hugely-short Arsenal too.

But, as I say, they're clearly weaker than Barca. Anything can happen in any individual match so I don't exclude the possibility of a Milan win, but I still say it should be a comfortable Barca win.

Watch it. Should be a cracker!

my only option for watching tonight will be a poor stream online somewhere (the better quality streams keep freezing, which makes them much worse overall), so I'm not sure if I'll bother ....

Plus I think there's a strong chance that Milan will revert to Italian style and try and bore Barca to death. It's probably the best gameplan they could have.

If you type in the two team names and "stream" in the twitter search you can almost always get a good one. I know Efests has a twitter so just do a search Neil.

finding a stream is no problem. Finding a quality stream is no problem. Finding a quality stream that doesn't keep freezing on me always is.

I've given up trying to find decent ones. It's less frustrating watching a poor quality stream than it is to chase a non-existent good one.

I for one hope chelsea go out, no time for the club and iniesta knocking them out is one of my favourite champions league memories. I hope for real v Barca final as I think its good to have the best 2 teams in Europe in the showcase final. Probably if you looked through the tournament history it hasn't happened that often. Definitely hasn't been case last 2 years.

I have never agreed with the argument that the team who wins the champions league is the best in europe. What's even sillier is when people claim that a side was the 2nd best in Europe because they lost in the final. As the draw is random after last 16, its completely luck of the draw who plays the eventual winners in what order.

Purely subjectively. If there was a european superleague who would be the top 2 teams. I think there is pretty common consensus its Madrid and Barcelona at present. I don't think anyone believed Liverpool, porto and inter were the best team in europe just because they won the cup.

You can't. It's that simple because a cup competition doesn't order people and everyone plays in different leagues. But I don't really see the need to define every team in a set order of who's the best anyway. Who the best side is subjective and always will be. All that matters is who wins the trophy. That's what football is about, winning. I'm sure Inter couldn't Barcelona were 'the best' team in Europe in 2009, and nor should they. I certainly didn't care that Traore got a CL medal instead of his vastly superior opposite number Maldini in 2005 :D
