they think it's funny

they disagree with the post

they dislike the person and want to annoy them

whatever the reason is, why do you care? it's only the internet.

you only ever post about having sex with your girlfriend, taking drugs, how cool and wacky you are, and how everyone else is uptight and boring if they don't agree with all of your silly opinions.

It works a shut load better on forums with more members. On a gaming forum I frequent it's nothing short of hilarious most of the time. If a post gets to +10 it's gets a little 'popular' sign.

Ive also see the saga of the 'negative stalker' play out as it is here. Dont take it personally nightcrawler, you certainly contribute more than many others. I don't think a forum is about people agreeing with each other. Moaning about it aint gonna help tho!
