mj2004
Went to some cheapie shops today- QD, pound stretcher and poundland and found the following: Packs of 8 maxpax style coffee with milk and sugar in, hot chocolate, PG tips, soups, cappacinos for a £1, just add boling water. Packs of cooked rice and curry that just needs heating through from QD for 69p In Iceland they do capri sun- 10 for £1.25. StoneCircle
I'm gonna go in for a pair of these, they look pretty dapper. Of course I won't need them as its gonna be a scorcher, but are they comfy?
Peachy
All I really need for this year is a rucksack. My budget's tighter than a nun on a Sunday though, so I'm really just in the hunt for a bargain. What do any of you camping boffins think of this? 90 litres seems plenty. musky
What about if it rains (i know it wont) but wouldnt it be a problem with the upper being neoprene?
markeee
Neoprene is waterproof - it's a synthetic rubber.
VeeDub
Just bought 5x space blankets, 2x waterproof ponchos (... not tempting fate here I hope!) and a tiny rucksack thing to put valuables in before putting in lockups. Tent will be sorted this week, then all ready as far as I can tell aside from booze and food.
