Apparently, organisations that discriminate against anyone on either race, sex or sexuality should no longer be funded or promoted by the state, or included in the democratic process.

well thats the Church of England and the Catholic Church f**ked then. ;)

A Tory leader shows himself to be a Tory - what a shock - not!

It's the same old Tory ploy -

Fostering people's instinctive insecurities to make those who lose their jobs and in the case of social housing (about to be completely dismantled and sold off) think (once again) that this is not because of an economic programme that will put millions out of work and destroy social housing but because of foreigners coming here and stealing their home and their jobs.

I like both of these:

'A BNP spokesman said: "There's hardly enough Catherine Cookson books in this country for white people, never mind Mrs Patel, who probably also wants Sharia law."

But semi-professional Guardian reader Julian Cook said: "Mrs Gerving's small-minded rhetoric is inexcusable in 21st-century Britain, even coming from an elderly and innately pugnacious woman like herself. As a member of the white male hegemony I just want to reach out to Mrs Patel and say - I live in Hackney of my own volition, and I 'get' bhangra."'

Speaking of British multiculturalism I'm finding the hate towards Rastamouse very strange.

I was in the pub and someone was talking about how outrageous it was and if it was a white mouse being white it would never have got on TV and I pointed out Dangermouse who was white & voice by white man and he just seemed baffled, I did notice he had a copy of the Daily Mail on his table too.

    • The Great Fete Festival (Sunday Only) Ocean Colour Scene day on Tickets For Good.
    • I was also at Ghost but seated. When they scanned my ticket's and they came up as seated they printed a small ticket with the seat number info.
    • I was standing for Ghost at O2 London last year where they put the phone in a pouch beforehand so I assume they're is a mechanism in place for people in seats.
