I think

RADIOHEAD

COLDPLAY

LADY GAGA

yup Lady Gaga, She's just headlined US fests, Glasto loves to break in the new headliners, she's huge and would be a difference to the band acts the other days, gunna happen

EDIT - I see she's already been mentioned. Think its definatly going to happen

I'm gonna throw my 2 cents into the ring at this stage for what it is worth and say Michael is bluffing in Q Review (hopefully be in post tomorrow!) and this is my view:

Friday: Chemical Brothers

Saturday: Coldplay

Sunday Rolling Stones

My view on the female head liner is that it is a lie and if it does happen it will be Florence or if not then maybe Gaga. It almost certainly wont be Kylie I reckon

But hey, what do I know

(as much as you lot! :D)

On his final day press conference every year, Michael Eavis almost always says that he has already booked the next year's headliners. I'm going to go with:

Friday - Coldplay or Radiohead (hopefully the latter, who were spine tingling at the Park this year)

Saturday - Kylie/ Madonna/ Beyonce

Sunday - Rolling Stones (they are defo talking about touring next year and this could be their last chance to do Glasto)

Lady Gaga looks nailed on.

Two from

Coldplay

Radiohead

Arcade Fire

Other stage

Arcade Fire if not Pryamid - will depend on commercial success of Suburbs

Bjork

A Nother - probably a dance orientated - Chems seem to have some fans...

I said to my friends that Lady Gaga would be a 2011 headliner and they told me that she isn't credible enough however I think she will pull off a bloody good show and the stage would be packed full of people seeing what crazy thing she would do next!!

I can't see Radiohead and Coldplay on the same year.

Michael Stipe was widely reported to have said to Michael Eavis as they were leaving in 2003 "just pick up the phone anytime"

Will Kylie have a big tour set up, rehearsed and sorted for next year?

I think Lady Gaga could pull it off (ooh er)and Pink (thought she blew Macca away at IoW ooh er again)

I think

Friday: REM

Saturday: Radiohead

Sunday: Lady Gaga (or Shirley Bassey?)

I'd say that's Gaga nailed on if the quotes out of Q are true. There's no other woman who's played before and hasn't headlined who's capable of it I think.

That for me is Radiohead, Gaga + 1. I think it'll be either Coldplay or Pulp. Think U2 will have to wait.

Finally it may be of intrest but PaddyPower have good odds for Glasto 2011. Radiohead are a massive 20/1 with Gaga the same. I'm thinking £10 on each.

I'd say:

Coldplay/Radiohead

u2

Kylie/Gaga

look the obvious options but I can't see GFL going for the obvious options.

Through optimism and slight logic, I'd say:

The Cure (Said they wanted to play this year, I can hardly see M.E turning them down and big enough to headline, easily enough material)

Daft Punk (Incredible live band, doing soundtrack for Tron, playing live next year)

One of the five above for obvious reasons.

I'm taking anything Eavis says with a pinch of salt to be honest... I still think Foo's could possibly do it, whatever happened with Grohl and co being spotted in Pilton? or was that a few years ago?

What he said in his post-fest interview seemed to approximate to having lined up three of four main bands already, one or two which could well be headliners (but that nothing was nailed on yet). Also that U2 would almost certainly play either next year or 2013, depending on which year fitted best around their tour schedule.
