I personally really like the Revista de la Liga set-up where they all bounce off each other, Guillem uses his sources and expertise well to give more knowledge regarding transfers, upcoming fixtures, managers etc. Graham Hunter is not afraid to disagree with people and voice his own opinions, and getting the likes of Mendieta, Marcelino on is pretty good as well, plus Armstrong and Terry Gibson are very knowledgeable too. It was nice to see Toshack on last week as well.

I always would've thought the host Mark Bolton would've been a shoe-in to be the replacement for Richard Keys considering the banter between them all on the Spanish football and he holds it all together very well, rather than the seemingly plastic, dull and uninspiring choices they've plumped for, Rob Jones and the other guy with spiky hair just bore me senseless.

Just axe the tactical side or give it about a minute and actually discuss affairs in the week regarding the teams involved, I enjoy it when actual pros come on Match of the Day 2 and would rather discuss things like Paul Robinson with the Rooney incident and Ginola was very vocal last time I watched, the tactics is just far too patronising for my liking.

We've never won a match at the Reebok. Indeed the last time we won at Bolton, Ian Bishop & Danny Williamson scored, I stood next to an old fashioned floodlight, and a supermarket covered most of one end...we've lost the last 6 league games at their place.

So i'm going for a two nil West Ham victory!

Sorry, I got confused - when I said the first one, I was actually thinking of the second incident. It's that one where he gets bumped in the back before anything happens with his leg.

Watch it again. There was contact - in your own words, that's a definite pen. Unless you're wearing heavy blinkers over your own opinions?:lol:

Just for banter Neil, can you re-affirm your opinion that Theo Walcott will be better than Wayne Rooney? Could do with the laugh again

What you know about footy you could write on the back of the My Chemical Romance stamp you must have designed the way you stuck up for their R/L disastrous booking.

You got that one wrong and you know JACK SHIT about football too you Wengerist!!

Well finally 3 points again. We certainly got lucky in the second half, but in truth we should have been out of sight by half time anyway. Fabregas had his best game in several months which helped. SHould hopefully boost our confidence a bit, but certainly can't see us winning all our remaining games as we'd need to to have a chance of winning the league.

Looks like we'll have a new owner by the end of the week. Really not sure what to make of it. He does at least have a long history of running sports teams so fingers crossed that it'll work out well, but certainly do have concerns.

Just naturally cautious. How much (if anything) is he borrowing to buy the shares etc.? I have a feeling that he won't try and rock the boat at all and has apparently asked the existing board to stay in place, but I guess I won't see the real effects for some time anyway. At least we've kept the club from the clutches of Jabba the Usmanov.

So Rooney's been banned for two matches and misses the FA Cup semi.

As long as this is the start of something consistent I'm all for it, but if it's not it's a joke. Sadly I suspect it'll be the later. ;)

Still, one good thing might come of it. Utd fans might have to put away those sad flags like the ones on display last night, if Shitty get the better on the day. :P

    • Remain self-imposed on not going north of a hundred, but... we're getting to the point now where the starting gun will be above that for some acts.
    • I'm finding the lower line up a little impenetrable this year   Any thoughts on heavier bands a la Slift a few years ago?
