Yep. They wouldn't like that, the Juve fans. Although Hopper was really referring to the Sicilians wasn't he? S'pose they got on their little pasta boats and sailed to the mainland, so you're right.

Same for the Spanish too. Ironically two of the most racist first world countries around at times.

Nani has improved a hell of a lot this season, still frustrating at times but his assists and goals this year are one of, if not the best, in the premier league, I just wish he'd cut out all that rolling around crap he does

On another note, great to see Valencia back, he's a huge bonus for the run in.

Also Carrick actually had a good game tonight for a change

Arsenal fans are being hit with big ticket price increases - even though the club still refuse to splash out on players. Seven thousand club-level supporters at the Emirates have been told there will be a 6.5% increase for next season and there are fears the club will impose an across-the-board rise.

If they win the league, fair enough, if they win nothing, ridiclious.

it's called capitalism - if people will pay it (and I'm sure they will), then surely they're the ones in your eyes who are being ridiculous if anybody is?

The timing of the announcement is bad, considering our results over the last 2 weeks, but are you suggesting that you can only put ticket prices up if a club wins something? Not sure life works like that, although would mean that ticket prices at the lane would be a bargain :P . Plus at the moment it's only the corporate seat prices that are going up (althouhg I'm sure the rest will follow).

agreed. that's more than a third my salary.

i should be grateful that my local team is so shit in comparison. still great fun to watch but cheap at half the price and then some! *edit* it's actually 29 times more expensive. is watching arsenal 29 times better? i doubt it.

how anyone can justify top premiership prices is beyond me!

    • Dokken are touring until the end of 26 and rumoured to be touring Europe in 2027 according to all the fan forums.    https://www.dokken.net/   Don Dokken still has the serious pipes. Like the Stones though, they'll demand a (deserved) huge fee and probably massive stage alterations.    100k at this. The guys who dress up in the Redcoat costumes bonging faecal sludge from the longdrops.
