no less than berbatovs? yet you still give excuses. a dive is a dive is a dive. why try to say, well it didn't change the outcome of the game. that's irelevant. walcott dived to try and change the outcome. bottom line. he's no better than berbatov. but seen as it's cuddly theo, you try to make it seem less severe.

your blinkers are the biggest on this site. at least admit it. nothing wrong with blinkers, it's the denial that's the problem.

Care to point out where I've said that what Walcott did is less of a dive than what berba did? So I've said 'a dive is a dive is a dive'.

I stated the fact that it didn't change the outcome of the game. Because it didn't. And I stated that only only because someone said "where's your sympathy for Leeds?" - pointing that out as there was no need for any sympathy for them.

So - just for a change - the whole basis of everything you're saying is utter bollocks.

Didn’t you quote me (out of context too) saying “it doesn’t matter anyway” as it didn’t effect the outcome of the game on that occasion, and using that as an accusation of me saying Utd diving was ok (which isn’t true), and now you’ve gone and done the same thing with Walcott? Its ok now because it didnt effect the result now its not Utd or a Utd fan is it? f**ks sake!

No, nothing like you're fantasing.

slate walcott like you did berbatov! or is that not possible for you?

say he's a diver and leave it there. you always have to give a reason or an excuse for arsenal. but it's always an attack or a smart arse comment when it's a man utd player doing it. despite both being the exact same.

I've heard that Walcott said he dived, but I've not heard what moment he was referring to. It can't be the moment he won the penalty tho, as he was defo dragged back and he stayed on his feet.

That was no more right. I'm not the one trying to use it as any justification for wrongdoing by others.

if you hadn't given reasons why it wasn't as bad before and/or after that, then yes. it would have proven me wrong.

Which part of "That was no more right" are you failing to grasp?

At no point have I said it wasn't as bad, or implied such a thing. But go on, use your super-special skill at calling me out 5to prove your take right, by quoting in it's full context me saying what you're claiming.:lol:

f**k me, you're a single-celled twat.

If Walcott state's that he's not that type of player (to dive), yet he's still dived, does that suggest that Arsenal are sent out to cheat by their manager?

Hmmmm, other evidence would also suggest that this may be so but oh no, it can't be, it can only be Utd who do this, despite having far less fouls given against them each year

so you didn't give 2 lines to explain the reasoning behing walcotts dive? i think you did. so you're just contradicting yourself. you say it's as bad but you just can't leave it there. you have to make it seem less severe as if 'it didn't change the outcome of the game' or 'he was honest about it', makes it any better. the bottom line is that walcott and berbatov both dived to try and decieve the ref. it ends there for me. and most others. but not neil, cos arsenal can't possibly be seen in the same light as man utd.

How many times do I need to say it? I only said "it didn't change the outcome of the game" in response to someone asking where my sympathy for Leeds was for the dive: as Walcott's dive changed nothing about the game for Leeds, there is nothing for them to have any sympathy about - Walcott's dive changed zero about that game.

(Note for Nal: Valencia's dive DID change last season's Utd/LFC game).

And it's true, Walcott WAS honest about diving. That changes nothing about how wrong the dive was, but it makes him less of an arse on a personal basis because he's not pretending it was something it wasn't, berba styleeeee.

My opinion on the dives themselves - by berba, or Walcott - is 100% equal. They were equally as bad and as wrong as each other.

You just can't help yourself, can you? Making it up out of nothing but your fantasies again and again and again. You really are pathetic.

I know all clubs have people who pick and choose their games, particularly cup games. I'd say we're fairly middle of the road: 9 or 10,000 against the likes of Hartlepool and Sc**thorpe in the FA Cup, reckon we'll get 11,000 against Brighton, and it was 17,000 last time we hosted Chelsea.

But no-one does fickle like Luton. 2,029 for their first home match in the Paint Pot. Six months later they were seething with rage and calling for people to be burnt at the stake because they were "only" given an allocation of 40,000 tickets. They then go on to spend the next two years whining about the fact that Crawley and Stevenage didn't have supporters until they started winning things

this doesn't state that berbatov (man utd) was worse than walcott (arsenal) in any shape or form? course not!

if you were capable of reading rather than only looking at the pictures you'd know that it's not.

yes you've said neither are acceptable but you hint that one is less acceptable than the others.

No, I state that it's something different to habitual diving. Because it is.

but no doubt that is my mind reading skills and not something that you blatantly hinted at.

to have mind reading skills you'd first need to have a mind and not emptiness. :)

habitual diving from berbatov and opertunist diving from walcott. yes i get that, hence my point. you'll get it if i keep saying it in different ways. seen as i can't be arsed though, i'll leave you beliving that you're impartial and judge man utd and arsenal on an equal basis.

    • I’d expect U2 & Muse to be options too.
    • I see there's yet another article doing the rounds about Madonna doing BST, and not Glastonbury.   That could be right, but given there'll be plenty of tickets to shift for BST, could it not just be false info doing the rounds to protect that?? Not that I think Madonna would struggle to shift tickets, or that Glastonbury would have that much impact, but still - would probably still make sense to protect ticket sales when it's announced?
    • Given BST recently I wouldn't expect it as rock heavy as that. I kinda am expecting it'd be where The Cure play though as I'm expecting a second year touring of them
    • Id suggest they would need another new album before they play again - Otherwise the show is going to probably be very similar to the one they played at the last festival.
    • Absolutely not, I dont know of it selling out but they needed TFG and Skyvip to shift them. Biffy aren't either and they didn't go to TFG and I wouldn't say Kasabian are either and they sold it out the quickest. Liam Gallagher did Finsbury Park as well and subbed the Pyramid Stage, Noah Kahan did two nights at BST and subbed the Pyramid though that's a rare one. Finsbury itself will definitely not grant you top spot, that field can hold 100k      That's fair. I'm definitely in the camp myself that Fender and Harry are most likely.
