Nothing new there. Hes a twat.

Torres made a meal of the free kick mind you but strikers do that. Nae issue there. Nani rolling around like he'd been shot everytime!! w*nker.

Yep - despite his antics, he (Nani) was probably the best player on the park yesterday.

I reckon he'd borrowed Drogba's sniper for the afternoon.

Saying that, he made Konchesky look like a pub player.

Yep, he was crap.

Tho to be fair to him, he's generally been far better than that the last couple of seasons, so yesterday was probably an off-day rather than a trend.

I hear Michael Owen has had his injunction overturned

So is he one of the "three England players" that are known to currently have injunctions?

I'm guessing that Rooney was one of them, most likely the "stolen mobile phone" one. Because the papers would know what that story was from the phone, it wouldn't have been hard to go out and source the story content from elsewhere. As far as I'm aware, that injunction only blocked publication because the info came from a stolen phone, but didn't stop publication if the source of it was a legitimate source.

Saw that just then, will be tonight at Tottenham aswell.

Am really looking forwards to that - the Arsenal kids always do well, so there's a more than decent chance of them getting the better of a full-strength* Spurs team.

(* well, as full-strength as they can manage, given their injuries).

I've took Spurs in my accumulator. Wish I'd have seen Munich away at evens, I'd have had them instead of Bolton at 6/5. Speaking of the Bundesliga I'd have considered Werder Breman away at Hannover as well.

Accumulator for tonight:

Birmingham

Tottenham

Real Madrid

Wolves

Bolton

29/2
