Fayres Fare is a small cafe in the Croissant Neuf Fiels. It is a charity so doesn't charge rip off prices for rubbish like some of the outlets in Babylon. The mums at the school it raises money for bake the most amazing cakes which they sell at the festival. well worth checking out. fantastic for breakfast as they also mhave the morning papers there.

This is true! They make gorgeous cakes! We found them late Sunday one damp year when they were selling off gooey choc gateauxy cakes for 50p a slice! We made ourselves thoroughly sick like proper kids should!

Couldn't agree more - apart from cakes, teas and coffees, they do amazing breakfasts and other food throughout the day, all healthy and wholesome. And service with a smile. Not to be missed!!

i love monday mornings one year we got a massive pizza for £2 and had it cold for lunch on way home

It is in the CN field, next to the main CN Tent.

Last year it made my festival as I was ready to go home on friday morning after an awful night that saw my tent leak, and me get a soaking in the morning.

They have proper tea & coffee in real mugs!. Great breakfasts, and all for a good cause, just do your bit and return your cups and plates

Hi All

Went and found Fayres Fair on Saturday afternoon after reading about it on here and just want to say it was fab!! Lovely brew lovely cake and lovely people really chilled out atmosphere and chatted to some great people the orange cake and cherry & almond cake were fab!! Will certainly be returning!! Thank you!!

Stop bumping this thread ... or the queues will be even longer next year leading to way to much drooling in anticipation of what's about to be consumed whilst waiting !!! Really love this place and enjoyed mucho tea and plenty of well naughty cake stylee munchies here at various times over the weekend. Never disappoints at any time but worthy of particular note is the most massive great slice of coffee/cream cake that I've ever seen and better still got my hands/mouth around late one evening. Absolutely bl**dy gorgeous and I have to admit a real struggle to finish it as there was seriously so much of it, but finish it I most certainly did needless to say before wobbling off several pounds heavier than when I arrived

James, if you're in contact with the peeps running the show (so to speak) then please pass on mucho appreciation to all and esp the cake bakers various for their most excellent efforts in that department of course. What a great bunch of peeps and I hope they raised loads of very well deserved do$h My only 'complaint' so to speak as always is that they close too early so I therefore don't get sufficient muchies opportunities and rather sadly have to resort to frequenting inferior sources late at night.
