OK i know there are some threads but who is still waiting for tickets.I got my first email nearly three weeks ago but still no tickets anyone else that bad ????

Wasn't there an email sent out in error on about 21st of last month saying tickets will be delivered - but they weren't. Take a look at the DX website, there's a bit on there about it.

I would call. I did, after getting an email from See telling me to expect the courier people to be in contact, and I had heard nothing. When I did call, I was told that they'd tried to deliver last week. However, they didn't see fit to leave me a card or even email me (how you can "try" and fail to deliver to a company address, one where we get loads of courier packages every day, is very suspicious). What worried me is that had I not called, who knows how long it would have taken (if at all) for the tickets to be redelivered.

mine where here on friday but i wasnt so i rang to get tem delivered tomorrow. i hope they come!

I hadn't had anything yet so I rang them. They were planned for delivery on the 14th which is a cutting it a bit fine for me (I'm leaving early) so instead offered to delivery tommorow. Easy as that, just give 'em a ring.

Phone DX there is another thread from earlier today with a number on it. I was the same as you, see email then nothing. I phoned this evening and they had the tickets and had been waiting for me to arrange delivery. They can use your post code so you don't need a tracking number. I booked my delivery for saturday, hope they arrive.

I had an email from see tickets in may saying tickets been dispatched to DX and got nothing so rang DX and was told next monday 14th between 9 - 5pm

Sat watching TV this evening when door bell rang it was DX with my tickets!!!!!!! No email No clue to them showing up,

So my suggestion is dont leave the house and if you do the person signing for them must be in your property!!!! so neighbours have to let them selves in stand in your hallway to get there grubby mits on them for you

i would say to anyone whos had the email from see ring DX asap, i did after a week of waiting and they organised a delivery day for me wich was today, all arrived, all is good :-) do it!!

Got mine this morning/yesterday morning (monday). Huge relief! Can't wait now, only 13 days until Henge, then heading straight to Glasto!

The first email I received was yesterday morning telling me they had tried to deliver my tickets.

Why didn't I receive one in advance like the rest of the Glastonbury world???

Now have to try and arrange another delivery ...

I checked on DX and they said that they were being delivered on the 18th. Thought I would double check last night and it said they had tried to deliver and that I had to rebook. No card was left saying they had been. I hope they go back to using the post office next year had no problems with them. :angry:

I just called See tickets but it seems that the people behind the phone dont know what they are talking about. I wanted to change my mailing address, and the guy said that they have never shipped tickets overseas. Well I did receive mine twice by post.

He told me that I would have to pick it up from Glasto itself, well I also got a coach ticket, how do I get to Glasto to get my coach ticket? Might as well go over to Glasto with my friends as I am the only one to get a coach ticket. Has any one had any similar experience.

Missed the DX courier on 2nd June, went online and rearranged for delivery today 8th June (cancelled all meetings so I could be in the house all day) went onto DX tracking tracker thingy, said delivery arranged for 15th June

phoned them up and have managed to get them redelivered for thursday 350 miles away as thats where I am for the next 10 days !

Use royal mail please !! much easier

based on the problems seen on here I thought I would ring and change delivery address to work. I've arranged for delivery to my home now, as will be here on a day next week, but there was no dispatch date for my ticket to be delivered anywhere and they had been waiting for me to ring.

Waited 30 seconds for phone to be answered, supplied postcode and they found me straightaway, but if I hadn't have rung what would have happened?

For the sake of a call if you havent received your ticket I would ring up and arrange a delivery.

Email from See Tickets on 4th June saying tickets sent to DX,no email from DX at all and they tried to deliver on Sunday when we were out ...grrrrr. i I re-booked a delivery over the phone but had very little faith in them so i got in touch with Glastonbury Office, pointing out DX are not sending emails out,they have been very helpful,had prompt reply from them saying they have been in touch with DX,two futher emails drom DX asking for details,and a phone call at 10 am this morning from DX saying my tickets are out for delivery and i would get my tickets between 11am and 2 pm today..Tue ..........Can't keep out of the window now..

Re-arranged my delivery for today (after a failed delivery attempt at 8.20am on sunday) in the hope that they'd arrive before I left for work. They didn't but a courier phoned me about 10 minutes ago to ask if i was at home. He said he couldn't wait for me to get home (I work about 5 minutes away) as he's got 80 deliveries to do today. Fair enough but still

Yep, still waiting. Had an email from them yesterday saying they'd be delivered today. Checked the tracker on DX and it says the 14th, then spoke to someone who said I need to arrange a delivery date, so no it's neither today or the 14th, plumped for the 11th - let's see if they actually arrive.
