Having recently found out that my boyf of 10 years was happily sticking in a friend of mine, all i can say is that i hope Amanda sees some sense and tells you to do one quick sharp.

Then you can stick your dick in as many dirty holes you can find at Glasto and she wont have to deal with the aftermath.

Prick.

Is there anyone here who has been with their partner for 20 years, married with children? Would you really care if you found out your other half had a bit of "how's yer father" within the first couple of week of meeting each other?

I'm sorry that you're bf cheated and with a friend too that's shit. You really can't compare that with my situation, 10 years against a couple of weeks. I'm quite dissappointed with some of replies, especially from the boys. If you were realistic instead of trying to claim the moral high ground I might be wiser. My own point of view is that it's sort of ok, what she doesn't know won't hurt her, at this stage of a relationship. I know there are other opinions but let's remember this is Glastonbury 2010, not some Christian festival in the dark ages.

Been with my other half more than 30 years. I was confused when we first started seeing each other, and asked him if we were boyfriend and girlfriend, for much the same reason, as at that stage there were other boys who were asking me out who I would have liked to have had a date with.

Once he'd established we were a couple, I knew where I stood and didn't cheat.

I think you should establish whether you're a couple or not.

just remember the golden rule... eating aint cheating. so feel free to shove it in any mouths...

and here is the greatest pulling tip to go with the rule... you just walk up to any woman at the festival and say "hello darling, let me clear a seat for you" and then wipe around your mouth with a wet wipe...

or, you could always try and pull a bloke..... when amanda says "oh babe, i heard something from your mates" you just say, yeah had a little fun at glasto, then when she asks you if youve slept with any women, you can just smile and say nope :) and then you didnt even lie either!

Call me boring but how does anyone have time for sex whilst at Glastonbury? I mean, there are 360 other days in a year to have sex but only 5 - that's a mere 120 hours in total - to spend at Glastonbury Festival, during which time I'm assuming most would be watching music and getting shitfaced at a chosen venue of magical entertainment all of the time until they passed out at some point between midnight and midday depending on their imbibements (I made that one up) of choice.

To summarise: Would you rather spend valuable Glasto hours hunting, wooing and shagging (when in reality it could easily fail) than having a wickedly random time experiencing all of the seven wonders of Glastonbury?

Basically (and this has been said before, but it rings true), think about her doing it (going somewhere and scuttling blokes all over the shop). if it doesn't bother you, and her finding out wouldn't make a difference, then it's not cheating.

Otherwise, it's cheating, definitely.

Similar in sentiment here to Hellcats, but I couldn't be arsed with the rigmarole of chatting someone up, disappearing off to the tent for a wet willy, and missing out on the fine spectical that is this Glastonbury Festival.

i think you really want to be a couple with this girl but just can't approach so coming in through 'the back door' (q Dirty Dog) with your should i cheat approach, forcing the issue with Amanda ;)

i think you're getting a bit of a rough ride here and you should do whatever feels right for you. Enjoy :D

    • If you didn't see melt banana at Apolo. Go see them at the festival. Insane.
    • Interesting, and thanks for coming back to give an update! I've seen that the second stage looks bigger than usual too, looks to be a Serious Stages - Stellar Stage from distance photos.    Seems like sizing wise stages have been scaled up somewhat this year.
    • I see its cancelled now but they did leave it really late to announce plus they are up against Kelburn Garden Party Festival not to far from the festival site.
    • Easily my favourite set of the day.
