hehe, they did a damn fine job with bollocks at reading in 08, glasto 09 it just petered out. Big sound waves are great.

For the record, I like "bollocks", although I also find people shouting "has anyone got any acid?" at 3am hysterical.

In 08 (our first glasto) my mates and I were at Stone Circle overnight one night and I started crackign up when the shout of DAN started. They all looked at me like I was some kind of nutter! None of them ahd seen Alan Partridge!! I mean really.

Please tell me you lot are all camping in the field at the opposite side of the site to me? :P

As annoying as shouting 'bollocks' is, it doesn't come close to the tedium of 2007/08. Therefore, the first person to start shouting 'Mooooooooon Pig' anywhere near me will be forced to spend the night with mike99.

Your grumpily,

LW

+2.

I love a bit of random comedy shouting, but if I wanted to hear annoying, unfunny sheep shout 'bollocks' at each other, I'd watch The Inbetweeners.

Now the guy who tried to play Queen's Greastest Hits Part 1 from start to finish on an out-of-tune ukelele in 2005 WAS entertaining.

As was the bloke who stood on one of the stones at the Stone Circle and led everyone into a chorus of 'My Lovely Horse' from Father Ted. Bloody brilliant.

Brilliant!!!

there was some guy last year (I think) doing a medley of indie 'classics' at stone circle and we all had a jolly good sing song. Great fun!

I should have added - it was the original Crilly/McGuire version, not the jazzed up Divine Comedy version.

As in:

My lovely horse, running through the..................... fields.

Where are you going with your fetlocks blowing in the.......................... wind?

    • Jesse Malin at Manchester Halle St Peter's last night.   So good to see him back touring after the trauma he has been through, him and the backing band sounded great.   Support was Bason. I quite enjoyed him, but man, that guy cannot sing.
