We are a group of lads who are going to be staying in a motorhome. We have 2 young ladies who are employees of one of us and they would like some overtime. We need some help generally keeping the place tidy, fetching water, emptying the toilet etc. The question is would they be allowed into the campervan field as they have no tickets? We know they won't be allowed into the festival itself. Also as there won't be room for them to sleep in the van, will they be able to sleep in the awning or should we bring them a tent? Not sure what is permitted.

Sounds like you just need to bring a large kennel and a long chain to keep them in check and you are sorted. Shelter and no chance of escape!

Surely the Motor home has some lock boxes they could squeeze into? Use your awning for entertaining and storing beer.... :P

You want to be careful with that. Last year one of mine ended up smoking an entire ecstasy pipe there, and was quite done up the next day.

In answer to the OP, no, sadly not. Every year my batman has to take rooms in Shepton Mallet, and rise at 4am to be site in time to polish my brogues and draw my bath.

    • I hope it stays under £400.  A lot of us aren't flush with cash.  Charities are great but do they need £1 mil (I jest)
    • You're not wrong - but i still don't like it!  F5 forever
    • Its fascinating how you turn every point of conversation into a matter of 'winners' and 'losers' - everyone owes you because . . . actually, i dont really understand why, because you predicted that things would get more expensive over time?
    • New Overmono album is... just good for me. Had high hopes which were later dashed a bit after listening to some of the singles but they brought me back around enough to appreciate some very nice work in there. https://music.apple.com/ie/album/pure-devotion/1894298100
    • I don't really worry about headliners (unless there's a real possibility of a once-in-a-lifetime artist landing for it) but I'm starting to feel a bit cold on the names floating around bar Fontaines.  Harry Styles and Sam Fender, I can see the value and commercially speaking, they've earned it.  Sabrina Carpenter is obviously popular enough to do it - but after she's headlined everywhere else and done Coachella earlier this year, is it not just a bit predictable to follow what other festivals have done?
