Once you're inside the campsite walk towards the arena entrance and there's a tent there that you can queue up for to get one. Just show your ID and they whack it on.

They arnt really needed, i never got one. Is it really that much of a hassle to show your ID a few times in the day?

i couldn't be arsed queueing for one last year, i obviously had to take my ID with me anyway to actually get the wristband and would have kept it on me anyway, so didn't really see the point. only remember getting ID'd once, and the bar guy was amazed that i had my passport at a festival.

I got one last year and was only really useful when brining crates in from outside coz the people could just see the band and let you through, as opposed to the year before when i had the hassel of putting down all the crates i was balancing etc. I got mine early on thursday so didnt have to queue for ages, which would be a massive waste of time as overall they arent that great!!

Jesus, looks like i'm going to have to invest in one of those Pass cards. What will they even ask you for id for? Just getting drinks at the bar?

Am sure I read that some places were not even accepting the over 18 wristbands asl egit ID.

If you get ID'd should just go to another bar staff. Not that strict.
