Best little nook or cranny to hide away in and destress?

Ok, this one's motivated by self-interest.

Where's the best place to go if you wanna take some time out and just wind down a little during the festival if you're feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed with the normally pleasant hectidity of it all (that isn't your own tent)?

Will explain - suffer from a pretty major stress disorder (with some ocd etc all thrown in for good measure) and it'll be the first time I've been since '04 this year. Know I had a few 'moments' last time when the crowds and noise all got a bit overwhelming. Am determined to return - love the place and the vibe - but am a little nervous if it happens again this time.

Just wondered what areas you folks'd recommend to someone who might want a little peace and isolation for a while when there just to get their heads together...

Go get a massage in the Green Fields. Nice after walking around for a few days. No happy endings though - they get quite offended when you ask them too. :P

Would definitely recommend the Permaculture garden. Also very nice, shady and cool in there when it's a scorching hot day. Up by the Acoustic Stage is quite calming, too.

Wouldn't recommend standing in the middle of the Dance Village, equidistant between all of the different dance stages....

Is that Permaculture Garden? I met a cool girl who was working there last year but didn't manage to catch up with her again. A reminder to ALWAYS take a pen and paper around at glasto :P
