Tobie_Trice
I think they would be perfect Park Stag headliners on the Saturday night. Same slot Animal Collective played. Their new album, odd blood, is a classic
Bradders
That's quite weird. I was talking about this just last night. We both agreed, perfect Park headliners.

Wooderson
Hate to be such a dreadful pedant but at least spell the band's name right if youre going to hype them up. http://yeasayer.net/
NeilVJ
Saw them before bat for lashes last year. Had never heard of them but really like them, just got new album today
nominaomi
Just downloaded the new album and it's well good. Would really like to see them live. Not sure if they're Park headlining material yet, not really well known enough, but still would be good to see them.
OneLittleFish
Seeing them in Glasgow on Wednesday, really looking forward to it. All Hour Cymbals was really good, but Odd Blood is fantastic.
Redwinevino
Seeing them on Saturday in Belfast Are they really big enough to headline the park?

mario man
They would suit the Park very well, didn't they play a couple of years back? JP perhaps? I liked the first album but have heard a bit of the new one & sounds very good, think I will be purchasing come pay day
robith
Weird, was going to mention these guys in the "Acts from the last 3 years thread". I loved All Hour Cymbals, and Odd Blood is like they ran that album through a Genesis-afier. It's fantastic. They were great when they played JP in 2008. My flatmate knows the bassist - I'll see if they can get any scoop on their summer plans when they're in london at the end of the month
Savy
Bought the album after seeing them on Jools and was suitably impressed. Bet they are good live as the lead singer certainly put on a decent show on there! Looking forward to the new album now waiting until pay day! Would be great to see them this yr. OneLittleFish
Fantastic at the Oran Mor last night, absolutely hammered Odd Blood (every track from it played) but that wasn't a bad thing as such. Dropped 2080 though.

emmmmma
I'd love it if there was someone as amazing as Yeasayer on the Friday night, especially on the Park stage. This would redeem the decision to have U2 playing
Wooderson
Setlist from Friday. 1. The Children 2. Madder Red 3. Tightrope 4. Love Me Girl 5. I Remember 6. Wait for the Summer 7. Final Path 8. Strange Reunions 9. Rome 10. Ambling Alp 11. Mondegreen 12. O.N.E. Encore: 13. Grizelda 14. Sunrise 15. 2080 Was one of the most exiting shows ive been to recently and def then best one ive seen in the venue. Theyre quite a studenty/girly band which i wasnt aware of. Opener "The Children" really reminded me of out-there Ween which is right up my straße. "Ambling Alp" and especially "O.N.E." sounded superb off the new album. Place went ape when they played "Wait for the Summer" and the roof came off when they started "2080". The three lead vocalists/multi-instrumentation was breathtaking. Check the vocals on this vid for example - gorgeous.
