We didn't really know anything about it at the time, I was at the front (similar position to where I was for 'Knot) and can just remember thinking that I'm sure 120,000 people are pushing on my back it was unreal. GNR were absolutely awsome though, I have never seen a band before or since who had that energy and you have to remember they weren't even that well known then!

I was 7 so I had no clue who GnR was at that time!

Whilst we're talking about the Deftones....I like some of their earlier stuff & will probably give them a watch unless there's something of interest on another stage. But, everyone I've spoke to I know who's seen them have said they're gash live? Can anyone (objectively ie. NOT 'OMG I LUV CHINO!!!111) confirm or deny this?

Defently wont be 2nd from top again like in 2006....yeah 3rd from top is a good shout, id say even 4th from top. Wernt they like 5th/6th from top at reading last summer? could even headline 2nd stage but i hope they stay on main stage
