zeppelin
It's a touting site it's selling T tickets which haven't even gone on sale - so take anything there as possibly fake. tricky106
What about Metallica as they don't seem to be playing Download. Also, Rush, Kiss, Aerosmith (again may not be playing Download) or The Scorpions?

tricky106
Paul McCartney is now a strong rumor so I guess he is almost certain to headline one of the other two days.

tricky106
Hoping there is some more news soon, hopefully Social Distortion will be put on the website soon as efestivals have them as TBC. I wonderif they will get Stevie Wonder or possibly AC/DC or Aerosmith unless they are exclusive to their respective festivals?

tricky106
Anyone know what the big announcement is with Kiss on Tuesday? Would be good at Hyde Park but not sure if they are announcing more shows or something else.

Andy Morgan
God, I really hope not. EDIT: Phew, I see they're doing 2 big shows in London just a month before hand, making them pretty unlikely. tricky106
I agree, looks unlikely for Kiss. Also, AC/DC and Aerosmith and Rob Zombi have announcements next week but I doubt theywill be playing Hyde Park. Was think Meatloaf as he has a new album coming out in April but not sure. judyblue110
Surely this week we'll find out at least one other headliner!!!!

tricky106
Would love Aerosmith again but would imagine Download would be their only UK appearance this year. Hope I'm wrong though as they were excellent in 2007 even though the weather was awful.

Guilt-Trip
Coheed and Cambria and The Hold Steady are both playing London shows in the week leading up to HRC. I'm not sure of CoCa as a HRC band unless one of the days is considerably more Hard Rock than the others, but The Hold Steady have HRC written all over them - they'd be ace and I'd love to see them added. Plus I already have tix to CoCa's headline at the Forum, I can't afford THS headling tix as well! I would imagine that come first week of March the bigger slots will all get confirmed. tricky106
If they go with a heavy headliner I think Metallica or similar. Doubt they will play though. Hopefully if there is an announcement next week it is a headliner. I do wonder if they are waiting until other festivals announce their headliners as they have them as well. judyblue110
Well, McCartney has just announced a few dates in the U.S. for his "Up And Coming Tour" (that's the name of it...) So now that we know he'll definately be playing live in 2010, it can't be long before they announce him... if it is him, that is. Hurryyy uppppp... EDIT: I also see John Fogerty has announced a tour, starting June 29th, with no UK dates as of yet...
