I was up the pub recently and someone mentioned that the barmaid was at Glastonbury and had a wee chat with her. I mentioned I seen Ray Davis, she didn't say a word then gave me a huge hug, she was there too. It was one of those performances, magical.

yeah i thought it was a nice touch and showed that he had done his homework and was a nice respectful and humble nod to the festival and Joe who Springsteen is a huge fan of.

Not an obvious choice, but mines probably when The Verve did Love is Noise in 2008. I think it was the first anyone had heard of the song and it just sticks in my mind as one of them awesome Glasto moments
