How about to start:

I will not by a Pizza from near the Pyramid stage because I can not be bothered to 10 minutes to soewhere selling better value and much more palatable food!

I will pick a headliner to miss, and instead spend some quality time at Trash City (or its equivalent) at the sweet spot between it beginning to liven up at night, and it getting rammed full of post-pyramid crowds.

I will not pitch my tent on a ridiculous incline in Dragons field, meaning that I begin each day with a forwards roll (or indeed a log-roll)...again.

I will only think about being an enviromental vigilante and drawing penis' in permanent marker on the faces of anyone I see weeing into the stream.

I will NOT break my phone/camera on the Wednesday afternoon. And I will NOT go with someone who a) gets overly annoyed at me for said breakage, and b ) as a consequence spent the rest of Glastonbury 08 sulking.

(Needless to say, I spent most of 08 alone... And that was definitely a better decision of mine. Lesson learned - going with someone who appreciated Glasto this year)

P.S. loving how excited everyone is this early on! Hi guys, good to be back!

259 sleeps!

    • Good catch this. Used on the Main stage on Saturday like a really cheap alternative.   Cracking little day though. A few Belgian acts to start the day (Atomic Orchestra, Kids with Buns, Selah Sue), some UK/IE midsized bands to end the afternoon (Gurriers, Wunderhorse, Wet Leg) and then an evening of Deftones, Florence and Underworld.   Can’t wait to be there and (at least try to) make the most of it.
    • I would be surprised if they don't, given 2022 was the twentieth I imagine next year is going to be pushed as the 25th anniversary so having the most local big name artist possible headline seems natural. Maybe SFA are being saved for then too?
    • I’d be incredibly surprised if she was in the headline conversation at all. At best I could say a high Pyramid slot but I reckon maybe Other headliner against a rock act like Fender or even Other sub (where I have her in my predictions). I’d say Gracie Abrams is pulling similar if not better numbers to Tate and she was third down on the Other last year.
    • I dont think headliner. Other stage maybe
    • Sophie Williams (journalist and Mercury Prize judge) was on Huw Stephens' roundtable last week, said she'd love to see Overmono headline Green Man. Does feel like it's bound to happen. 2027 is surely on the cards seeing as they're about to release a new album
