Ordered mine at about 9:10 and confirmation email came through at 16:07.

I was only on-line from about 12:45 to 12:55 when after 10 mins of persistence I got order thru. I got the box at the end confirming my order.

Now coming up to 7pm and still no sign of email confirmation, AND i keep checking my junk mail just in case.

Placed two orders at 9.03 - one for a full price plus campervan. Got the confirm for that at 10.06. At the same time also ordered four deposits but didn't get the confirm for that till 16.13.

Googlemail email - I guess they are doing each mailbox as a seperate match? There seems to be no trend as to when you order and when the mail is received

i ordered my tickets at 09:35 and have just received my confirmation email at 21:25... (panic over !)

can anyone else do better than that ??

(in previous years the email has come through in a couple for hours...so what went wrong this year ??)
