I got through in the end and entered my card details but when I submit them it just crashes. Keeps saying that there aren't any suitable nodes available for me whatever that means?! I'll take any nodes right now, I'm not bothered if they are suitable or not.

so I think I have tickets, but I'm not sure. It seemed like the booking went through at about 11.15 this morning but I haven't had a confirmation yet and I was gonna re enter my details to see if it said the username was used but I can't get on the site at all now. is there any other way to check? cos I'm starting to get nervous that it hasn't worked.

Why can't people read?

IMPORTANT! If your registration number appears as 'used' then we definitely have a booking under your registration number. It is anticipated that customers will receive their confirmation email within 3-4 hours of making a booking. So please be patient whilst waiting for this email to arrive.

Rest assured, if you are attempting to do a booking and it says your registration number is used then you have a booking.

IF you got through, you have a ticket, it's quite simple - email confirmations don't mean anything - I still haven't got mine from 9.30 - in past years it's taken 2 days.

If people would read, and get off the system so people who haven't got tickets can get them, it would make everyone's life a lot easier.

Still trying here... i actually seriously think the site is utterly FUBAR at the moment...

I can get through to the bit just before paying where it says im in a que blah blah blah then it just resets and takes me back to the start...

SOOOOO angry right now!

Stick with it Deepsky! I just had a quick try because someone said it had become "easy" and they were getting through every time, yet experiences on this thread tell a different story. It is definitely loosening up a bit though - just keep plugging away.

The whole Glastonbury thing is a bit like childbirth. You somehow forget all the pain of ticket day, and even the torture getting your stuff on and off site, and still end up wanting to do it again!

if they just gave everyone a confirmation number when they get the final confirmation screen, then all this uncertainty would be avoided...

i'm still waiting for a confirmation email 5 hours after booking & i won't be certain that i've got the tickets until i get the email...

some people posted on here last year, that even though they got a confirmation page, they didn't get an email & when they rang up, the tickets hadn't gone through !

so many people are in limbo at the moment, i can certainly understand their concern... :)

I've now got as far as the payment page, but then just get an error about "no nodes". I've either bought 10 sets of tickets now, or none.

Had to give up trying to figure out one of the postcodes we used for Irealdn though as that kept on throwing errors at us.

Does anyone know whether see have turned off the "check your registration number" thingy?

I'm using mine from last year but need the reg number, obv, and i can't get that form to work at all. :)

I'm afraid I'd only been trying a couple of minutes. I hope that doesn't sound too smug or jammy but I've got a lot on my plate at the mo and forgot it was happening.

I agree with hope, it would be nice to get a number at this stage.

Yeah we've been trying all morning since about 11 til now lol cant seem to get on at all. The one time we got to the page to enter our details it kept saying that one of the reg no's was wrong which it wasnt as I copied and pasted directly from the email, so I am gonna try later after the arc lol.

The error thing at the payment page will be nothing to do with your postcodes. If you have got past the bit where it confirms your address from your reg numbers, then your postcode must be right. Just click back and keep trying. I got what you are getting about half a dozen times but eventually got through by just clicking back and then forward again.
