thank you! just got 2 tickets using this number, not a long wait at all and i didn't have my registration numbers. have spent ages trying to get through to the webpage to find the numbers and was still getting the BT message about the system being unavailable on the main phone line.

right has the system changed in the last few hours? before i would click the pay deposit link then it would take me to the enter reg and postcode page then submit to the queue, now i click pay deposit and it takes me straight to the queue. do you now enter reg n pc after the queue?

i would use the fone but hav little credit and dont wanna have to go thro the same thing as boosh.

edit- could my cacky t mobile dongle have anything to do with me not geting thro?

But there is a problem with my registration number...as in, it apparently does not exist.

Which is gutting - its the same number as last year, and the year before I think.

Anyone else found this? The (very nice) lady on the phone said that a few others have found this too.

Actually gutted now - there is nothing I can do until tomorrow where registration re-opens, and just got to start again and hope for the best.

I came out of See earlier as I don't want to hold up the queue, wanted to see if it was quiter now and also stick in my numbers to make sure it says "already used" and I couldn't get on at all! This morning about 10.30am I was done in about 10-20 mins but got onto the reg number page within 5, wonder whats up!

I was online all ready atabout 7 this morning. Took me about half an hour of trying, to get them though, ok so half an hour to get a Glastonbury ticket isnt exactly bad, i just seemed to be having more problems than everyone else.

So I just managed to get throigh on the phone and spoke to a nice girl at See.

Beleive it or not they are using the same system that we are to get tickets (i.e. the website!). She said I can stay on the line but it might take her 30-60 mins to get the screen up to process the tickets. Apparently they are just using a standard interent connection and have no special privilages into the system.

She's apperently only managed to process one order since 5PM!!!!

I get as far as a page that says I am in a queue, I refresh and then it dies and tells me that I cant access the page due to server overload. I cant get thru on the phones and the only time I've gotten through to the page where you input your details then it told me that they were wrong, which they are not as I freshly registered and copy and pasted the details straight from the email.

Bullshit.

If they didnt insist on being dickheads and selling them through only one online retailer then I wouldnt have to waste almost 9 hours trying to buy 3 tickets.
