So, I finally got through to the payment details page, and after submitting it, I got the ... no nodes available... message again.

Went back to the start, and now I get the .... this registration number has already been used.... message. Does that mean they have accepted my order?

Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before, but I haven't got the time or stamina to look through threads now..... and a very cranky toddler on my hands.

I can't work out how to do links but there is a thread called Phone numbers, started by Mike 46 and answered by Luscious Lucy currently on page 3 of this board. It was 3rd on the page when i just looked.

Lucy has given a load of possible phone numbers. Try phoning - if you get through they will give you your registration and you can proceed straight to order over the phone.

just got through and secured my tix....455pm....after hours of failed on-and-off attempts. wasn't too worried, figured i'd get through eventually.

I just got through there using 0115 945 4591 with a wait of about 10mins. Was pretty straight forward given that I left my reg details in my work email account with no access to it at home- doh!

Anyway the girl said they had been a lot busier than this time last year but they were struggling to process orders at the moment so please be patient about confirmation emails

i get to stay on hold for 2 and a half mins evey time then it cuts off

although as i speak i actually have on hold music starting rather than silence!!!!
