People without wristbands

I have to ask this for my curiosity is getting the better of me here.

Did any one see people in the Glasto festival this year without wristbands on? we did quiet a few which makes me wonder how many people did actually get in for nothing this year and if this is so then the security measures are not fully working

If you're prepared to parachute in, fair play!

Not sure about the rope and metal hooks though - it's all a bit Great Escape isn't it?

I wonder if as I type, people are tunnelling under the fence site, in preparation for next year, walking around Pilton shaking dirt out of their trouser pockets.

not a person with no wristband, but one of the girls i was with ended up with 2 wristbands, coz she went to the carpark and realised she had lost her ticket, so they gave her a second wrist band. Which could easily have been taken off once past security, and got someone else to take it out to a non ticket holder in the car park, who could then put it on and also claim to have lost their ticket. Stupid system for lost tickets IMO!

A couple of tents down from us on the sunday around 6pm, security came swarming in (about 12 of them) and dragged about 5 away for no wristbands. Was well pleased as they had been annoying us all weekend with constant laughing gas and burning plastic. Shame they didnt get chucked earlier!

There was a massive group of people camped next to me who'd been smuggled in. They knew someone working at The Park who'd ferried them in in a transit van. They were a decent enough bunch but it did piss me off that i'd paid when they hadn't.

I guess on a daily basis you'd not notice many freeloaders, but around the campsites it's crowded anough as it is, without extra tents being levered into the gaps.

Saw a couple not too many next to the Thali tent quite funny really as they were stoned and kept on mouthing off how they hadn't paid. I was also at the stone circle when the chap tried to land his parasail thing ( I think it is called that it was a parachute with a big fan behind it)
