I feel this overly defensive post is conclusive proof. Muse muse muse!!!

:(

I simply stated the truth - no one knows for sure that it's Michael or even anyone connected with the festival, and that those words could mean any number of things.

Given Emily's "what's happening can't come out, they'd be a health and safety issue", why would they then put it out there? It's to no one's advantage to do so.

Just spoken to my brother. He is almost 100% certain that Muse are playing Magdalen College Ball in Oxford on Friday 26th June - good info from organisers.

If this is true then this makes a guest slot even more liely in my eyes. Oxford really isn't that far away from Glastonbury.

to be fair, if i hadn't been a member of this forum i'd have had no idea that the post was anything to do with muse. i'd be worried that we were all going to fall into holes if we went to the park stage, so i'd avoid it. unless you're a muse fan you'd have no idea what this message means.

they've announced nothing here, but they have strongly hinted at something :(

On balance, I think that Twitter account is a prank.

Look at it - 10 tweets since June 7th, all saying something bland that anyone could have made up. Then the promise of a big announcement, then this huge black hole revelation (see what I did there?)

I'm not 100% certain, but I'm strongly leaning that way.

2 original songs, dead star and in your world.

Their best are origin and showbiz. Black holes was quite good. Absolution is quite rubbish IMO, hysteria apart.

I've really gone off Muse off late though. I dunno why, I guess I've seen them loads of times and they never seem to do anything new

Im gonna piss on peoples bonfire now

Look at his followers on Twitter, there is no offical site or Emily on his list (Unless im missing them?)

Whoevers account that is, they are folowing Emily and the offical site, not the other way round.

It could be him, but that has to throw some doubt.

Go through his followers to see.

aww :(

Means less chance of placebo or Tom Yorke taking the special guest slot.

I really dislike muse. Their only good song is supermassive black hole and the rest seems very pretentious over dramatised stuff for people who don't really get music. No offence!!!
