However, This is a Low is their finest song. It has one of the most haunting guitar solos ive ever heard. It would be fitting to finish GF2009 with it. It is the most epic song that will be played this year. By anyone.

Popscene to start proceedings off please. Or Trimm Trabb. Or Girls & Boys. Or Beetlebum.

;)

This is a low at Glasto!! Oh yes

Some of that footage is super. Thought Girls and Boys sounded total pants though. Country House is an offensively bad tune no matter how they play it and Song 2 is as bog standard as it gets so Id be looking for some “less popular songs” or whatever.

Still undecided about them vs Prodigy though.

Dunno whether G&B sounded total pants, it was a tiny venue after all. The vids of Howlett's crew at that Russian millionaires private party a couple of years back were hardly worthy of gig-of-the-decade accolades either.

As for Song 2 and Country House, yeah I'm not the biggest fan of either really. Both will be played at Glasto though without question.

song 2 is the sort of song that you skip on your ipod but live will be f**king brilliant.

Blur are hungry for this, prodigy are just going through the motions (imo). I am ditching my friends for blur, definitely. That setlist is flawless.

The Prodigy are out touring the new album and are most certainly hungry for it. 100%. And Blur are hungry to make the comeback a success.

As Wooderson says though, Breathe or Their Law...yeah...we know, we've heard them a million times. Ill be happy when those songs are over. But I can say the same for Song 2 and Country House.

However, Warriors Dance, Omen, Out of Space, Worlds on Fire. hmmm

So its essentially, for me, a choice between the high standards below.

Will you please stop putting doubts in my mind??? I had convinced myself with all that "prodigy arent hungry for it" crap and now you have made me realise it is, indeed, crap!

Argh!

It's like the Doves v Neil Young clash all over agin.

Dunno about that, the hardest thing in the world to do is turn your back on an awesome band mid set. I did it the other way around a few years ago at Oxegen, wanted to see Air live so left the Prodigy half way through. Took me 30 mins to get there, only caught 4 songs

    • Hezbollah rejected it. Really Israel should get the f**k out, and US and others should support the Lebanese govt in defeating Hezbollah.
