They do seem more organised this year than last year.

There was a lot of panic last year with tickets not appearing until days before the festival, sometimes not even arriving at people's homes until the Thursday, when they wanted to be camping from the Wednesday.

I got a Fine Guide with my ticket and have to say it is not worth fretting about not getting one. You will get a better map with your program on entry.

We got fine guide and tickets, but no carpark pass. I know this should be on another thread just highlighting how incompetent see r.

I got my tickets on Saturday, minus the fine guide and with only 3 tickets for the group of 5 people I booked for :angry: :angry:

I know the missing fine guide isn't worth worrying about, but after I've stopped screaming, kissing and hugging my ticket I like to read through it coz it gets me even more excited.
