Here are my worst clashes......i think anyway :O Im just going by the poster on the official site, no idea of the exact times, so i may have time to run from one to the next :D

FRIDAY

Blocparty and Doves and Animal Collective

Ting Tings and The Specials

Fleet Foxes and White Lies

SATURDAY

Kasabian and White Lies

Fl&TMachine and Newton Faulkner

SUNDAY

Blur and Prodigy and Calvin Harris

The Wombats and Glasvegas

But by far, blur and prodigy is the clash of all clashes, im so gutted its unreal. I cant decide. B)

I have two chances to see white lies, so i may have to give fleet foxes a miss, coz im certainly not gona miss kasabian.

The big clashes for me are friday night: Specials/The Streets/Jamie.T.

Saturday: Dizzy Rascal/Pete Doherty

Sunday: Blur/Prodigy and RootsManuva/Madness

On sunday i will finish the festival with Blur(have seen Prodigy although that was many years ago). I would love to see Roots Manuva and i love the Jazzworld stage, however i think madness could be a bit special as long as they play the old classics.

On Saturday dizzy or Docherty, i think i will go for Dizzy although i am not to sure.

The big clash for me is friday i would like to see the Specials but am going to dismiss that one immediatly, I love Jamie.T and he is wicked live(i saw him just before he released the first album in a small venue and he was awsome) I like the Streets although the last album was shit, but if they play the classics of the other albums they could be great in a lets have a sing and a dance kind of way.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! :O

Mine without a doubt is deadmau5, with DJ Yoda and pendulem.

Its a three way splt at the moment, but i was excited to hear Deadmau5 was playing a few weeks back, and will see for sure.

I would regret it otherwise.

Also Pete tong is playing behind him so, killing two birds with one stone !

What's up with all the clashing? Is there a reason for it?

Surely beardy realises that people exist who want to see blur and prodigy? the dj yoda/deadmau5 thing is so annoying because people are bound to like one if they like the other.

Are clashes set up on purpose to make people choose and reduce numbers?

My worst clash without question, is Blur and Prodigy.

I was really excited knowing all this time that Blur were playing and then suddenly found out Prodigy were too and I love both bands. I missed Prodigy at V97 as had to leave early to travel to France, so now's my chance to finally see them, but how long will Blur be back together and will I get the chance to see them again? Ooh, dunno. Tough one this! :)

    • Never too early to start discussing next year’s headliners right?   I’m not attending this year so thought I’d get the ball rolling as I saw Weezer have a new album out in August I’d expect them to do this or Slam Dunk next year. I mean they’re probably too big for this however I think they’re niche enough that they would maybe do it, it just depends on if the fee is a bit out of range for trees.    It’ll be the 20th anniversary next year so I’d expect some throwbacks and hopefully some big headliners/acts. James has already said he’s made a mad booking that you wouldn’t guess & I think he mentioned that he’s spent something like 80% of this years budget of next years top line already on last weeks 2 promoters 1 pod (Don’t quote me on that).    I reckon they’ll try for and get at least two (not all) of the following - Enter Shikari, AFI, Weezer, Sex Pistols Feat Frank Carter, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls
    • for some reason last night watched series one of Prey on Netflix.   if Legends was written by Timmy Mallet (see above) then Prey seems to have been made by Mr Blobby.   why are all these British crime dramas so sh*t?
    • It'll be all over various Seatfillers based upon previous years at Sandringham
    • The Jayhawks 2026 UK Tour    Sept 15 – Brighton – Corn Exchange  Sept 16 – London – Electric Ballroom Sept 17 – Manchester – Academy 2 Sept 18 – Glasgow – The Garage    For you ‘americana’ lovers. They have a great song book.
    • Weezer just announced a new album & US tour so could add them to the headliner pool. Imagine they’ll do this or trees
