but he does have a mighty fine back catalogue.

can he still cut it live? with his health problems of late.

all i know is, he hasn't been playing 'after the goldrush' much recently and that's my favourite tune.

i have american friends who saw him recently and they say the old guy's still got it though.

From last June onwards, when asked who I wanted to see at Glastonbury this year, my answer was Neil Young.

He will be fantastic.

You will find me near the front, a middleaged bloke in a straw hat, playing air guitar, singing along, and not caring that I look a total knob.

I've never quite 'got' Rockin' In The Free World and it's sentiment....
