I'd be pretty confident that they will have a special setlist in mind for Glasto though. Hopefully with added Cedar Room and Spellbound!

is there no love for the song "satellites" here? it was wonderful on the pyramid stage in 2005 (?) I seem to recall.

So noone thinks there is a chance of them slipping it into their set for glasto?

+1

the weather for fridays looking pretty good, me and gf have 1/2 days so we can get up there without rushing, enjoy a couple of pints at the most relaxed boozer in brixton, and then get into whats bound to be a great gig

oh bring it on

What a good read. I emailed the journalist to see if he had any info on what day they are playing glasto. Just had a reply and it appears day is not yet confirmed - so still hope it won't clash with NY.

Have they played ny or the man who told everthing anywhere on the tour? I was hoping for one or the other when i was at the edinburgh gig, maybe they will make an apperance at glasto.

Surely they'll play a couple more tracks from KOR? There is some chatter on bbs that House of Mirrors might be the 3rd single released in September (after Winter Hill due out 15 June). If true I'd expect them to test it out on the audiences beforehand.

    • Judging by last night at Wembley, Luke Combs should be in the conversation of headliner. The UK is having a moment with country music so I don't think it would be particularly left field either.
    • Just listed on Twickets
    • It feels really busy this year, loads of big groups of youngsters too. Slightly different vibe to previous years I've been. As with Tramlines, they're very chatty during sets and there's a constant stream of them in and out of the crowd... definitely feeling my age 😂   The Quarry stage I think is a lot smaller than previous years - seems similar size to Squid/Leadmill. Some sets have been difficult to get in.   I think I've reached my limit with mid-tier indie guitar bands. There's been quite a few this weekend where I've gone over to see them then walked away after 20 mins. Surprisingly, enjoyed the Fratellis set the most in this genre. Probably getting on for 20 years since I last saw them. Wasn't expecting them to do Yes Sir, I Can Boogie, which was fab!   Hugely enjoyed the Happy Mondays yesterday, and same but different with Radio Free Alice who I saw again on Friday, following Tramlines last weekend. A big run of pop acts today - Scissor Sisters will be fantastic!
    • I have a spare campervan pass to get rid of.  unable to use Kaboodle as it is only entry that they re-sell
