Have requested to join one of the FB groups, but will be going solo, in the event some kind of group is formed.

Assume we’ll get a few more smaller names or not? Not sure stage splits are worth a separate announcement (without times) without some more acts.

Have the festival announced this? Seems a bit early but I'm very much here for it.

Given one previously unfilled slot has already been confirmed and another strongly hinted at, does make me think it will be someone already on site.

Am assuming this will be the acoustic/stripped back BBC Intro slot in that 3.30pm-4.40pm gap, as another electric set on the FR stage would be a bit odd.

I normally hate this kind of thing, but perhaps says plenty about my excitement for this year (only going Friday at Reading) that the gaps are creating more intrigue than the announced sets. Pretty sure one of them will just be more dodgems.

Could someone better qualified than me kindly compile a list of all the current candidates including likelihood a la the headliners thread. Robbie, Eurythmics, Spice Girls come to mind but sure there are loads I’ve forgotten. (Sorry if there already is one that I’ve missed).

Sorry if already answered elsewhere - is there a limit on how many tickets across coach and general admission, can be purchased using a single card? Or is it six?

I typically am for most/all payments but wasn't on this occasion. Not entirely sure why.

Got through straight away using 4G on my phone (which I leave on the table as an token gesture) while my laptop couldn't load a thing. Had to type everything out, got my own registration details wrong twice and yet had a confirmation email by 6:10pm. A proper weird one.

The first half of Noel was just him rolling through his (not totally bad) solo stuff, of which he was very dismissive about. If he’s not bothered about it, how can he expect the crowd to be. Thought it was a bit odd. I thought the worst thing about DiRo, above the voice (which doesn’t even need to be perfect for some artists if the show hits the mark) is it didn’t feel special, which I’ve not felt about an artist in the tea time slot before. Felt she treated it like another gig. There was nothing particularly shambolic that I saw over the weekend, but the odd one that didn't hit the mark.

We were due to have biblical rain this weekend and a few days out the worst seems to have mostly cleared. No reason (logically) why the same couldn't happen again. No need to panic.
