Ah yes, that was a classic. Paxman knows how to break them for sure with those unanswerable questions

Down South = Carlisle and down. Or did you get that?

Down South = England (to me!)

you are far from down south, yet people in parts of England may think this too, not me though.

I'm making no sense, just ignore that line if it isn't in English!

Did you ever see the famous Paxman weather forecast?

He just said, while standing in front of a weather map covered in clouds & rain symbols, "Well, it is April. What do you expect?"

A guess, since there was no location listed there's odds in favour of not being in Scotland! And everyone in Scotland watches Newsnight Scotland, don't they?!

Gotta love Paxman.

My weekend is gonna be shit. Not going out tomorrow night as I have no one to go with. Saturday all day we are having our football team's end of season party, but I can't drink too much nor go out in the evening really because I have to be up at 5am Sunday to drive to London <_<

No sex for me this weekend, except self-sex.

Nowt for me this weekend either, not going out at all = 0 chance (as apposed to 0.1% chance if I do go out!)

    • Fontaines getting the honour of the last ever BBC Maida Vale session going out on 6 Music shortly.   No Glastonbury relevance (for now.. ), just thought I'd mention it for those who are interested 😎
    • Had a wonderful booking in one of our primary woodland venues this weekend. A 30th birthday arranged by a load of musicians and entertainment industry professionals. It was primarily a folk oriented event, however I noticed one young woman who didn’t seem to fit dress and appearance wise. Turned out to be Frenetic, one of the top up and coming UK Jungle and DnB DJ’s.    Anyway Saturday night turned into an EDM session and I got to do a set. Slightly nervous considering who was there, it was great and Frenetic loved my set. She’s closing Data Mine at Shambala this year.
    • they got lucky and the thunderstorms stayed away. It was still wet of course. Some of those boot sucking puddles did emerge from what a couple friends saw who were there.  Post fest aerial also below   and also a sapphic mud wrestling contest?
    • It's even less funny when in real life too...   Liddle met Rachel Royce and the couple soon became romantically involved.[84] In January 2004 the couple married at a ceremony in Malaysia. They had been living in Heytesbury, Wiltshire, and had two sons together. Six months later, Liddle moved in with Alicia Monckton, a 22-year-old receptionist at The Spectator. It transpired that he had cut short his honeymoon with Royce so that he could be with Monckton. Following their divorce, Liddle and Royce exchanged attacks in the media. Liddle called her a "total slut and slattern"
