Yeah the one I always follow around. Well, 3 times she's been in the same club on a Friday night, so I expect her to be there. The first time I followed her around lots, the second time she pulled me, and last night we were getting on really well. If she doesn't like me she shouldn't have pulled me, so now I will stalk her forever...

How is your state of mind then?

My life has suddenly turned into an episode from a soap opera.

Went to see some old friends on friday for a drink ended up getting completely hammered and slept with a guy that i've really fancied since i met him about 3 years ago. All good really, except that i'm really good friends with his sister...i was friends with him first...and she is a bit funny about people with her brother so i feel a bit disloyal but also feel like i couldnt really pass up the opportunity to be with this bloke that i do really like. Anyway we decided not to tell her and to keep it a bit quiet which now means on top of sleeping with her brother i'm now lying to her as well. grrr Following the post coital euphoria of yesterday i'm now wracked with guilt instead.

I would really like to have a boyfriend again now. The problem is that the only two men that actually like me are pretty much off limits. :P

We decided? Who decided this? You and yer man friend I hope. For someone who's lying you're not doing a very good job of keeping all this a secret, especially now that half of the efests members knows and are circulating it via email to various corners of the world. I expect your friend will find out one way or another anyway. It probably doesn't even matter who your shagging. Lying gets you nowhere.

I'm starting to think things are picking up a bit.

I like this girl from work, she works in a different department, but I still see her every now and again. I bumped into her in town last week and whilst she was with her friends and mine, she kept coming over, we ended up leaving the club together, nothing happened apart from holding hands as we walked to a taxi, but she was totally twatted so maybe that's where that came from. She phoned me on Thursday to ask if she could come out with me at the weekend, of course I agreed and I picked her up last night, she came to mine for a bit, then we went into town and met with my friends. They all love her, and she does them.

This morning I phoned her and she said she had a great night and would like to go for a drink today but she has work so wouldn't be able to. Definite positives.

I'm just trying not to push things too far too soon. It's hard when all I want to do is talk to her. It's the kind of situation where I want to show her I like her, but not come across as too pushy.

hmm half of me thinks its perfectly justified as i met him first anyway and told him i fancied him immediately - i'm not sure if she knows that bit though. It was all big joke at the time because i was still with my ex and so it was just a bit of flirting between friends. Then when i split up with my ex he had a girlfriend so nothing ever happened.

I wouldn't mind if we got together she would just have to lump it but just a shag seems a bit more disloyal. :P

He's her little brother too.

Doesn't sound like it to me, not from the fact she's making a fair few moves. I'd make sure the next meeting was without all the friends.

    • Fontaines getting the honour of the last ever BBC Maida Vale session going out on 6 Music shortly.   No Glastonbury relevance (for now.. ), just thought I'd mention it for those who are interested 😎
    • Had a wonderful booking in one of our primary woodland venues this weekend. A 30th birthday arranged by a load of musicians and entertainment industry professionals. It was primarily a folk oriented event, however I noticed one young woman who didn’t seem to fit dress and appearance wise. Turned out to be Frenetic, one of the top up and coming UK Jungle and DnB DJ’s.    Anyway Saturday night turned into an EDM session and I got to do a set. Slightly nervous considering who was there, it was great and Frenetic loved my set. She’s closing Data Mine at Shambala this year.
    • they got lucky and the thunderstorms stayed away. It was still wet of course. Some of those boot sucking puddles did emerge from what a couple friends saw who were there.  Post fest aerial also below   and also a sapphic mud wrestling contest?
    • It's even less funny when in real life too...   Liddle met Rachel Royce and the couple soon became romantically involved.[84] In January 2004 the couple married at a ceremony in Malaysia. They had been living in Heytesbury, Wiltshire, and had two sons together. Six months later, Liddle moved in with Alicia Monckton, a 22-year-old receptionist at The Spectator. It transpired that he had cut short his honeymoon with Royce so that he could be with Monckton. Following their divorce, Liddle and Royce exchanged attacks in the media. Liddle called her a "total slut and slattern"
