Puzzles on a wider type of tour is the one thing I keep keeps them going and people buy into. As much as Finsbury was great, I don't think it will do anything overall their their current size. People know their live rep afterall.

Eh I feel like as Only Revolutions has all of their biggest songs that doing that one in full would be the album in full show that draws a crowd.

they are both my fabourite Biffy albums, but they regularly play about 7 of 12 from only revs anyway, whereas puzzle gets like 3 generally from 14. a tour of only revs wouldn't make me instantly buy, puzzle would. both together heaven but they won't do that

Fair comment - 7 of them were played at Finsbury and while Boom, Blast & Ruin was played there for the first time in a while (first time at a UK show since 2015, apparently), the other 6 are pretty much all staples.

 

Similar in a way to why I wasn't convinced that Two Door Cinema Club playing their first album in full was something to shout about given I'm pretty sure that's their usual setlist anyway.

I was looking forward to that Friday at Kendal of TDCC, SS, The Vaccines and Hard-Fi, especially as Mad Cool messed it up with the vaccines. The other days are matching up well though apart from The Libs/Biffy which is great for me but I don't need to see Biffy again yet after Finsbury. Sunday is proper off for me too with probably Groove Armada DJ set the go to lol.

 

I've got got the great fete next sunday which I'm hoping none of OCS, Feeder or Hard-Fi clash. Be a decent day if not

Oh for sure. Makes you wonder what they might deploy on their next tour given they've taken the Tourist History in full thing longer than I expected they would and I suspect said future tour will probably still lean heavily on the songs that make up that album.

They are capitalising on selling at their high point for a long time, they haven't been arena band for a while. They'll disappear for a while and return with a fresh album.
