Anyone worked for them at the festival before? If so when did they let you know if you'd got a spot?

I applied ages ago, there's a note on my account that my application has been received but i've heard nothing about being successful. I note they have closed applications and I emailed them to ask when i'll hear if i've got a place but no response. Just trying to work out if this is normal or they've assigned the spots already and just haven't bothered to tell me they don't want me. Any info appreciated.
