Since half of Slovenia is flooded atm most of the traffic is severely hampered. I would advise anyone arriving early to postpone the arrival for a day or two or stay in Ljubljana. The festival is active on social media, the plan is to open the campsite on Sunday after 12:00. They can accommodate people arriving with public transport now, but not cars.

Agree, even highways are closed. 

Metaldays and Castle festival got cancelled tonight, all sports this weekend etc.

PRH will be fine since the west side was luckier with the weather.
