So I'm still currently sat in Worthy Farm before setting off home tomorrow. I'm absolutely wrecked after being here for 9 days however those 9 days were up there with the best in my life. Amazing memories made and access to certain parts of the festival that we haven't been used to before not to mention we finally got access backstage and on the Pyramid stage for my "Hello Glastonbury!" Moment. 

Weather was amazing although a scorcher to work in at times however I'm happier it was dry than muddy. All in all there are so many great things about volunteering at this amazing festival we all love so much as we get to give something back to it and also raise money for charity. 

Another 359 days until next year and I'm already counting it down! ????☀️☀️☀️

Recycling crew. Early access the weekend before and volunteered to stay after the festival to help with the clean up. Fair to say some of the campsites need a lot of cleaning which is sad to see, however it's better than other years so the message seems to be getting through. Cant understand why people dont just take their shit home.

My god that's still awful.

Was also a volunteer this year (Tuesday afternoon entry for me) and at our campsite you were not allowed to get a coach home allocation ticket until you had a ticket from the camping crew saying that you had cleared your pitch. Supposedly anyway. Reality was a few people would clear their pitch, get that first ticket and then just dump what they didn't want to take home around the first corner.

The festival can preach at people for five days all it wants but some people will just never care I guess.
