Re 'regards to the reasons listed below, please score from 1 - 5 how important they were when attending a music festival. (1 = very important, 2 = important, 3 = neautral, 4 = quite important, 5 = not important) '  

you have a strange order and I am sure most people would think it should be 

(1 = very important, 2 = important,  3 = quite important, 4 = neautral, 5 = not important)

still not perfect but you should get the drift.
